ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
 
Substitute Teachers:  Four year degree preferred, however, application for CSDE waiver will be considered.  Rate of pay $65 per day becomes $75 per day after 20 days served in a school year.  Fingerprinting and criminal records check required.
 
Substitute Nurses:  Rate of pay $120 per day.  Applicant must hold RN license, CPR: Child and Adult, First Aid and have pediatric experience.  We will arrange an orientation with our Head Nurse prior to first assignment.

Clerical, Paraprofessional, Custodial, Maintenance: These and other permanent support positions are hired through a testing process administered by the City of Shelton Human Resource Department.
