District Data Team (DDT)
Shelton Public Schools
District Data Team Mission & Purpose:
The purpose of a District Data Team is to identify and carry out the priority and high leverage adult actions to achieve the goals and student outcome indicators that have been identified for the Shelton Public School System.
The District Data Team is part of a series of collaborative teams at the district, school, and instructional levels focused together to develop and align strategies to increase student achievement through a continuous improvement cycle.
The District Data Team will seek to produce outcomes that:
- are limited in number;
- are by nature specific and focused;
- achieve deep, meaningful, and high levels of implementation;
- provide a coordinated approach to district-wide strategies;
- are monitored through the use of data driven-decisions; and
- provide a transparent process that is communicated to all stakeholders.
