Kelli is the hardest working student in the school, as well as, the hardest working student athlete.  Kelli never takes a practice off and constantly encourages and motivates her teammates to work as hard as she does.  She is an excellent swimmer, captain, student and leader.”

Jordan is one of the nicest and mature student athletes I have had the pleasure to coach. He showed a lot of determination this season after coming back from a stress fracture last year. I will miss him next year.

The SCC Scholar Athlete of the Month program is sponsored by the Sportscenter of Connecticut and recognizes student athletes who have a minimum of a B (3.0) overall and earn a varsity letter.  Student athletes also demonstrate leadership qualities by being a positive role model both on and off the field and show commitment to self-improvement and put their team before themselves.
